Requesting Event Space

St. Joseph Parish has long been a place for community gatherings. We are blessed with spaces that allow for both large and more intimate groups to gather.  All events held at St. Joseph Parish, both large and small, fully support the Mission and Vision of our Parish.  

Events hosted at St. Joseph Parish must fall under one of these four categories:

  1. Parish Events;
  2. Events hosted by an organized and recognized ministry of the Parish;
  3. Private events hosted by parishioners that require special event insurance coverage;
  4. Events hosted by non-profit tax exempt organizations that require special event insurance coverage, and a letter from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) verifying their non-profit status.

2016 - 2017 Blackout Dates 

During the year there are times that we will not schedule outside events. The following dates/times during 2016-2017 we will not schedule non-parish events:

  • All of August - Tent City
  • October 4, 2016 - Feast of St. Francis of Assisi
  • November 1, 2016 - All Saints Day
  • November 2, 2016 - All Souls Day
  • November 10-13, 2016 - St. Joseph School Auction
  • November 24-27, 2016 - Thanksgiving Weekend
  • December 8, 2016 - Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception
  • December 23, 2016 - January 2, 2017 - Christmas and New Year's
  • March 1, 2017 - Ash Wednesday
  • Lent - No events on Fridays
  • April 8 - 17, 2017 - Holy Week
  • May 5-7, 2017 - First Communion Weekend
  • June 3-4, 2017 - Pentecost Weekend

Facility Information

Social Hall & Kitchen

  • Located under the Church – it has direct access from the parking lot;
  • Fee for a total of 5 hours: $500.00;
  • Up to 275 guests seated  or  approximately 200 seated at tables;
  • Option to use the Sound System for an additional charge;
  • Restrooms on the same level.

Arrupe Room & Kitchen

  • Located on the main floor of the Parish Center;
  • Fee for a total of 5 hours: $400.00
  • Up to 100 guests seated or approximately 75 seated at tables;
  • Restrooms on the same level.

Mother Teresa Room

  • Located on the lower level of the Parish Center;
  • Fee for a total of 5 hours: $150.00
  • Up to 50 guests seated;
  • No kitchen access;
  • Restrooms on the same level.

Brebeuf Room

  • Located on the lower level of the Parish Center;
  • Fee for a total of 5 hours: $150.00
  • Up to 30 guests seated;
  • No kitchen access;
  • Restrooms on the same level

Parking

  • St. Joseph Parish may have on-site parking if an event occurs when school is not in session;
  • If available parking is on a first come first serve basis.
