It is our great joy to offer in-person classes for children from grades Pre-K to Highschool.
Pre-K and Kindergarten
This class will meet three Sundays a month in the Social Hall classrooms from October to May. Children will learn early lessons about our Faith in a warm and loving environment, focusing on prayer, Gods love for us, and what it means to be a part of a church community. These classes meet during the 9am Mass. Parents drop off their children around 8:55am. Children attending must be potty trained. For more information, contact Meredith Wright.
1st Grade Sacramental Preparation (year 1 of a 2-year series)
This class will meet three Sundays a month in the Parish Center from October to May. Children and parents will work through Finding God Grade One from Loyola Press, which offers and overview of scripture, prayers, seasons, and Church Tradition. The meetings will be about 45 minutes in length and take place from 10:15 – 11:00am. 2nd Grade Sacramental Preparation (year 2 of a 2-year series)
This class will meet three Sundays a month in the Parish Center from October to May. Children and parents will work through two workbooks and attend two additional workshops to prepare for Reconciliation in the early winter and First Communion in the late spring. Parents will also lead some home lessons and reinforcement activities. Class meetings will be about 45 minutes in length and take place from 10:15 – 11:00am. 3rd & 4th Grade Faith Formation
This class will meet on Zoom, one Sunday per month from October to April. The class will focus on continuing to develop a relationship with God through Jesus. Children and parents will work through Finding God Grade Three from Loyola Press, which offers and overview of Scripture, prayer, and Church Tradition. 5th & 6th Grade Faith Formation
This class will meet in person two Sundays a month from October to May. The class will focus on scripture and moral formation. 5th and 6th grades are an important time, just prior to the 7th grade when students prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation. 7th-9th Grade Sacramental Preparation (Confirmation)

Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults, Adapted for Children
This program is for children and youth who are older than 3rd grade and seeking to complete Baptism, First Communion, and Confirmation during the Easter Season. Sessions would include prayer, faith sharing, activities, and more. If enough children register, we will host a formal class, or complete preparation pastorally through parent leadership.
